Q. Where can I purchase Brighton Cabinetry?

Q. Can I buy direct from the factory?

Q. Do you offer design assistance?
A. Design assistance is offered through most of our dealers.
Q. Are Brighton Cabinets KCMA certified?

Q. Are the cabinets that are shown on this website the only options that you have?
A. No – We offer a wide range of cabinetry and accessories that will fit any part of your home. Whether it be a kitchen cabinet, bookcase, office cabinet, or so forth … Brighton Cabinetry offers endless possibilities for personal expression from stylish simplicity to decorative elegance.
Q. Are custom cabinets available?
A. Yes! At Brighton Cabinetry, we take pride in providing high-quality cabinetry that can be customized. We feel that every customer should have that cabinet that fits their need and home. By visiting one of our designated dealers, they can help you design that perfect cabinet to fill those spaces in your home.
Q. Does the hardware (the door and drawer handles) shown in the pictures come with the cabinets?
A. Due to the individual tastes of different types of people, Brighton does not offer those sorts of options with the cabinetry. Inquire with your dealer, they may offer this service to you.
Q. Can I purchase just a few cabinets or do I have to purchase a whole kitchen?
A. From a single cabinet to a full house of cabinetry, Brighton will cater to what you need for any space in your home.
Q. How long does it take to get my cabinet(s) after I place an order?
A. Brighton’s lead times vary based on geographic location and peak order times. We ask that you contact an authorized Brighton Cabinetry dealer about delivery times in your area.
Q. How can I get replacement parts for my Brighton Cabinetry?
A. All Brighton Cabinets and Accessories are part of our Limited Lifetime Warranty for orders purchased after July 1, 2007. Please click HERE to read our warranty.
Q. I sold/bought a home with Brighton’s cabinetry in it. Does the warranty carry over?
A. For new construction, the limited warranty may only be transferred from the builder or dealer to the original homeowner; otherwise, the limited warranty is non-transferable. An original receipt or other proof of purchase may be necessary when filing a warranty claim. If you do find an issue with our product, please visit our dealer page to find one near you. They will work with us to find a solution to the problem.
Q. Can I get a color sample?
A. Color samples can be obtained from your local dealer. Please keep in mind that samples are a small representation of the overall wood grain and color; therefore, we do not recommend ordering your cabinets from a small sample. Please contact a dealer in your area to visit a showroom and view door samples or cabinet display in the door style, wood specie, and finish color that you are interested in purchasing.
Q. What is the soft close feature?
A. The soft close feature is a shock buffer that allows the cabinet door or drawer to shut softly and quietly no matter how you close it. Our Brighton Cabinetry line comes standard with soft close drawers and doors when available. Some items cannot be soft close. Check with your dealer for the exceptions.
Q. How do I clean and care for my cabinets?

Fact: We often submit pictures to websites like Houzz, and magazines including Kitchen & Bath Design News. If the dealer would like to submit pictures it’s preferred that they meet the following criteria:
At a minimum of 1000 x 1000 pixels. If at all possible we would appreciate the original size photo before an edit. If you need help finding the file size please see the illustration below.
