A. For new construction, the limited warranty may only be transferred from the builder or dealer to the original homeowner; otherwise the limited warranty is non-transferable. An original receipt or other proof of purchase may be necessary when filing a warranty claim. If you do find an issue with our product, please visit our dealer page to find one near you. They will work with us to find a solution to the problem.
Q. Can I get a color sample?
A. Color samples can be obtained from your local dealer. Please keep in mind that they are a small representation of the overall wood grain and color; therefore, we do not recommend ordering your cabinets from a small sample. Please contact a dealer in your area to visit a showroom and view door samples or cabinet display in the door style, wood specie, and finish color that you are interested in purchasing.
Q. What is the soft close feature?
A. The soft close feature is a shock buffer that allows the cabinet door or drawer to shut softly and quietly no matter how you close it. Our Brighton Cabinetry line comes standard with soft close drawers and doors when available. Some items cannot be soft close. Check with your dealer for the exceptions.
